I am so excited about my new class this year. I'm honored to be the new 3rd grade teacher at Minor Community. I believe that students should be fully engaged in the concepts and skills that they are learning, so there will be a lot of hands-on lessons. Just so you know a little about me, I grew up in southern
Alabama, but fell in love with Birmingham during my four years at
UAB. I have a younger brother who starts high school this year, so my family is very excited (and slightly nervous). Read below to find out more:
